I’ve just became vegetarian.
Also, I’m trying to lose weight, i’ve lost 15 pounds last year and want to lose more.
(I’m a big fan of fruits, and i sort of want to stay away from eating so much carbs because theres no meat.)
and would like food ideas that aren’t like packaged and etc.
And please, Shut up with the Acai berry advertisements.
i know carbs aren’t bad but the thing is, im like drawn to processed carbs like goldfish, and whatnot when im in the vegetarian phase.

I am under the attention of a dietitian, so I will share with you all of her advices: ( you got it free, I have to pay her each time I see her )
1. morning breakfast
one and half wholemeal bread, with a thin spread of jam
some fruit
coffee and tea ( no sugar)
2. Lunch
only one big bowl of green, all kind of veggie-beetroot, lettuce, mushroom, cherry tomato, alfalfa, green ,re & yellow pepper. You can add cucumber if you want.
one quarter of bread, and add steam tofu
3. dinner
one small piece of chicken(no skin)- steam or boil
one small piece of fish
two types of veggie, lightly sauteed with garlic
veggie clear soup with a bit of pork
4. supper at 10 pm
fruit
That’s it. But exercise on the stationery bike 5 times per week for 45 minutes. And climb up staircase 5 times for 3 time a week.
And a lot of water and green tea.
By the way, since you are a vegan, maybe the diet can be slightly altered. But according to the dietitian, you should add carbo in your diet.Lack of carbo is bad for the brain.

i’ll keep your advice.
Not sure if i’m doing it right, but, my breakfast consists of 1 or two slices of wheat bread w/ hummus, or if im in a rush, a slice of cheese.
Lunch – Two slices of wheat bread, hummus, one slice of cheese, a tomato, some lettuce and one egg.
