Possible heart trouble?

Well, this has been going on for about 6 months now. I get really bad discomfort in my chest often. My heart seems to speed up and beat really fast even when im not doing anything. Kinda feels weird to breathe for a minute or two. When im laying down and i get up or vise versa, me standing up and then i sit down…sometimes I kinda black out for a few seconds and my head will just start pounding. My body aches a lot. I dont know if these are just random symptoms or if it could possibly be something with my heart?

Oh, and some extra info is that im a 21 year old female and I have been smoking for 5 years now. I have cut back a lot but, still a nasty habit (I know already so dont preach to me about it too much) and I am not the most active. But, I do work during the day and sometimes I do exercise.

It could be a panic attack or anxiety.

Why do you smoke?

“If you give up now, your body will get rid of the toxins and heal completely in 5 years but you would begin to feel the benefits within a month.

You can speed the healing process by accelerating the ejection of toxins. This can be done by having regular detox.”

The quoted above are from sources I’ve picked up over the years so you will have to do research yourself to verify the evidence.

Pains in the chest, heart problems:
My doctor press his finger on my chest and asked it it hurt. That fact that it did he said it was skeletal, external factors meaning it wasn’t the heart.

After all that, I think you should see a doctor. The cure could be as simple as going to a yoga class. If it’s anything serious it’s always best to get it seen to early.
