can a doctor tell if you are bulimic/anorexic when you go in for a check up or for any reason? can he tell at all?

It probably depends on how long a person has been bulimic or anorexic. After a while there will be suspicions and eventually clear signs that a person is suffering from something such as these, as you can see the changes in the body , for example if someone is bulimic theyre teeth start to decay and erode due to throwing up constantly, eating disorders will eventually show on a person.
