Is it safe to take eye drops for pink eye that i was prescribed?
I woke up this morning with pink eye in my left eye. My mom had pink eye about 4 months ago and still has half a bottle of eye drops left. Would there be any harm from taking these drops? Do you think these drops could help me? Should i go to the doctor and get my own? Will this heal on my own?
I am being very careful not to spread this to anyone else. Any answers appreciated.

Go to your doctor and get the right stuff. the drops are antibiotics for your eyes. if she accidentally touched her eye with the tip, it could be contaminated.
