Migrane sort of pain in my head?

I am a male (5 `10) tall and age 16

2 days ago I was working out legs. Everything was going fine till it was squatting time. I did the most I can in the first 2 sets (15 reps). Now came the 3rd set, everything was okay until I was struggling on the last rep. Halfway, struggling out of nowhere i felt an immense pressure in my head and my heartbeat started to rise a little. The sharp pain was for about 2 min. The minor pain had stayed for about an hour or two.

Two days after that is chest and tricep day. I walk on the treadmill for a warmup for 10 min. as usual. So I layed on the bench and started to bench the bar alone (15 reps) for warmup. and then i put some weights. The headache slowly started coming back to me. By the ninth rep my head was exploding and I just stopped and just did some crunches, walk for 15 mins. and called it a day.

Just to clear this up. I eat 6 – 8 times a day. So yes I did eat my carbs and protein 1 hour before my workout. I drink 8 cups of water minimum. I also take Vitamins.

you could have pulled something in ur upper neck cuz that will give u headaches
