My 8 yr old is suffering severe nose Bleeds?
my son has had the odd nose bleed but the past 2 months they are getting worse lasting 15-20mins. im concerned as the blood is long thick and is almost elastic like (horrible i know) people say oh its the heat, but i just feel it maybe more than that as on several occasions it is not hot and the house is well ventilated….. am i over reacting or is it a doctors visit????

It sounds like he may have a ruptured blood vessel. The best thing to do is
take him to the doctor and have them check it out. If it is a blood vessel,
they will cauterize it with a chemical (it may take two visits).
It causes some burning inside the nose but it usually helps.
Both of my sons had this done, and it helped their nose bleeds stop.
