Sore throat, muscle aches, exhaustion, cant movee?

had a seriously sore throat for a week cant even eat. But for the past 2 years i have had exhaustion in a kind of on-off basis , my muscles ache all the time and its really weird my legs some times buckle when im going up the stairs cos they are just too tired.

I can sleep all day and still feel no relief. My parents look in my room when im lying there with no energy and go on about how “lazy” i am . So one day i got up early, got washed , dressed and i was so tired i was almost crying. I couldn’t go to college and when my parents found out they told me that i was “doing nothing with my life”. When i protest they tell me im making it all up.

Went to two doctors who always insist i have a new viral infection that will go away in time. My tonsils leak yellow phlegm, I asked for anti biotics but was told no since its viral. I give up seriously.

I cant even think right and at college i dont even have the energy to carry a bag with my books anymore, im so behind in work and my parents work all day so my house is dirty but i dont have energy to clean. My friends keep asking if im depressed and since i havent seen my boyfriend for a week he keeps phoning as if hes suspicious that im making it up .

I had a MRSA staph infection when this all kicked off and my boyfriend had mono yet when i tell my doctor this he insisits its unrelated and wont even do blood test i seriously think of killing myself as i feel like so tired, cant even talk sometimes. And my family, friends and BF are all telling me to “suck it up” ect and ive been branded “lazy” cant get any support
