Painful sore lump under the skin?
I had this before but it went away and now it’s back. I have been wearing tighter pants which I think might not be helping the situation. I also have pimples around the area.

You people are all MORONIC. It is clearly NOT cancer. Do you even know what cancer is? It’s most likely Folliculitis or a Cyst. (And yes, that’s spelled with a ‘C.’) I’ve come to this conclusion after thorough research on WebMD and Google.

Honestly? You should see a doctor. They are the only ones who can truly give you a definite answer, though I do recommend WebMD for some research on additional issues that may go along with the lump; including solutions for preventing it getting worse, and ruling out OTHER scenarios. Like cancer.
