How do I fix my arch pain in my foot?

Sometimes I will be laying down and have my feet sitting still, when I move my feet suddenly sometimes I get this pain where my arch is. I try rubbing the pain away, it helps a little, and putting a pillow on the floor and stepping on it to like relax it. This helps to a point but I want to know how to make this pain go away forever. One of my friends said it might also be growing pains, is there a way to fix this?

I searched up athletes foot, my foot isnt all crusted and scabbed, ew. I wouldn’t consider myself an athlete really I walk home everyday from school and that’s about it for my exercise each day.

well if you’re an athlete, its probably cramps.
make sure you massage it often. or you might
have flat foot, you should search up on that.
i found out that i had flat foot because my feet
got cramps and my knees were going crazy and so
my podiatrist or however you spell it, gave me some
insoles, wore it for a few months, and i was good.
so yeah, read up on that.

what i have is plantar fasciitis my mom has it and told me that that is what i have too, she has this like sock to wear that helps prevent it and keep ur foot stretched, since when ur foot is relaxed its bad to move it suddenly cause then ur muscles overwork and that pain begins.
