i have been watching porn since i was 14 now im 23 and i still cant stop watching it. i watch porn at least once a day to the point that my girlfriend some times cant turn me on when making love. i try stopping but i always go back to it. is there any techniques or plan to quit this addiction? help.

go see a psychologist.just do an interventioon just dont watch porn …start of by 4 times a week then 3 then 2…then 2 thenonly on weekends..once in a whilee….untill you stiop you have to be goal oriented and headstrong get a child blocker wirth multiple blocks so ull be lazzy to open them like those paretnal software.
