Could you catch a sexually transmitted disease by touching?
a penis? I know you can catch it by performing oral sex on a man who is infected by a sexually transmitted. This is a really question so no rude comments please.

Well depends on what’s touching the penis. If say, a girl’s hand touched the penis then by accident the girl’s mouth without washing her hands, then yes. Or if they didn’t have sex but the general areas still touched in someway, yes as well. But if it was just the girls hand and she washed her hands before touching her mouth, no unless she had an open cut on her hand.
