What can I put on my crotch to soothe the nair burn?
I got it on my button! OWW! It doesn’t burn it hurts.. like a pinch!! And I was using the bikini formula for sensitive skin.

THIS is why you’re not supposed to use nair on your genitals or perianal area.
Your bikini area is around your thighs, i.e. the hair that shows out of the edge of our smallest piece of underwear, not the hair under the underwear.
Shave or get a brazilian wax, nair is not suitable for your genitals, sensitive skin formula or not.
With regards to the burn, just use a cold compress, and try some aloe gel on it, but there’s not a lot you can do in such a sensitive area.
