I know sleep is very important so i’m 13 and right now i really wanna grow taller as soon as possible.
I’m Asian XD and my height is 167cm 5’6 or so but i wanna at least grow as tall as 5’8 or 5’9 or even higher by the time i stop growing.
I was researching on the internet and people said that stretches and consuming calcium and vitamin D will help as well as getting a large amount of sleep.
I have been lacking sleep lately since its summer but now i’m determined to do what ever i can do help my growth.
So how much sleep is recommended?
