Your rate of growth and when you stop is largely controlled by your genetics, and you might get a more accurate answer if you ask your Dad when he stopped growing, or if you have any older brothers.
I reached my final height when I was about 15 or 16, but some stop a little earlier and some stop a little later. I’d say that 16 is a good guess.
