Activities to help with depression on a daily basis
Can anyone recommend any simple tasks/activities to help with depression on a daily basis?
I already am on anti depressants.

Getting back into a normal daily routine is paramount. Exercise is invaluable to get your Serotonin levels up and will benefit you greatly. A good tasks you can do is to draw up a daily schedule into blocks of half hour. Fill your day up with small tasks like go for a walk, do the laundry, go to the shops etc. The tasks don’t need to be big, you just need to adhere to them. I know it sounds lame, but it does work. It gets you up and about and helps you to stop feeling so bad.
