Sleep on time and try and get your required hours of sleep because stress may cause loss of sleep, so its all the more important to be disciplined about when you hit the sack.
Involve yourself with your family and friends, and seek advice and share during bad times.
If all of the above doesn’t help, try tried and tested stress-relieving techniques or seek the help of a counselor.
