What are these two red dry spots on my arm and leg?

Ok well i noticed one red spot, on my thigh on my right leg. I noticed it about a month or two ago. It is dry, does not itch, and is a bit bigger than a quater. I put lotion on it, neosprin, all kinds of stuff. Nothing made it go away. Now, it seems like it quite getting bigger. Then, about a week ago, i noticed one on my arm. it has two bumps, and is red compltely around one and partly around the other. it doesnt hurt, doesnt itch. It is turning dry, and i think it is getting bigger too. It is about the size of a dime. What is it?

i am getting nervous too!! it looks like it is going in ( a VERY tiny bit) in the middlee.. im scared
