Hi, my weight is really good for my age and height, and im exactly average and healthy…but all my fat seems to go to my stomach and it looks disgusting,it looks exactly like im 4 months pregnant, and all my clothes are pretty tight and all the nice clothes i like are tight too, so ive got a kinda fatty flabby stomach, and i want to lose the weight, i know doing sit ups is bad for that cause you build up the muscle under your fat which makes your stomach bigger, whats some kind of exercise or sport can i do at home without paying?
