Can I still use the ‘paper clip’ technique on my nail (which has blood under it) if..?
if my middle finger nail has been like that for 3 days now? Is the blood dry by now?
and is this a good idea to do? My finger hurts so much.. I can’t stand the pain.

I do not know what is the “paper clip” technique but I have other way to released the pressure. Take a needle or some sharp pointed item and make/dig tiny hole in the finger nail over the bloody part, squeeze until the blood from under-nit comes out. This will relieve the pressure and it will stop hurting.
