My arms hurts like heck after exercising?

so yesterday this was my schedule:
1. walked to school: about a mile
2. gone to a fieldtrip, we were walking but me and a few show offs were running and racing FOR ABUT 25 MINUTES
3. after school finished i went biking for 2 hours, covered about 4 miles, and stopped to play tag with friends at a park, for about 17 minutes.
walked home- a mile again with loads of hills
is that too much for my body? i’m a 6th grader, and today when i woke up my arms, shoulders, butt, and legs hurts as if someone has just pulled a muscle, why des that happen to my UPPER part when i exercised my LOWER parts?

You could have been moving your upper body a lot too! I am assuming though your lower body is sore as well! It just means that you had an excellent workout! Doing that much exercise does seem a little much but I wouldn’t worry because you are young. Just enjoy it because most kids these days, don’t exercise at all!
