help me please i just think i ust pulled a muscle in my neck and its like the musce that kinda sticks out in the backish and i have a dance competin on saturdy and im flippig out!!!!!!! will it be better by then??? how can i fix it???????? what should i do??????/ any doctors out there who can answer???????? ouch….. i cant move my head any where or way….

cold – relieves any swelling and inflamation – do that for tonight and take ibuprohen – tomorrow put warm on it to relax the muscle
