Should I Be Worried About This?

I was spinning in my chair and i put my hand out and the top of the table slid accros the top of my hand. i can see veins there all the time and when this hapened did the vein get cut is so should i be worried (btw my arm doesnt hurt at all)

i wouldnt worry about that. just yesterday i hit the top of my hand really hard on a door handle at school and the most i get is a bruise. you should be fine!
