Well when I am erect I am 6 or 7 inches but when I am not I am 2 or 3 inches. I mean is this normal. Oh and I am 5ft 10 or 11.

I’m 13, weigh 132 lbs and am 5’6. Last time I measured, my penis was 5 1/2 inches hard, and 1 inch soft. This is especially bad when you get pantzed in a cold lockeroom. Damn softy.
