How i should stop the habit of taking cough syrups? pls help me!!!!?
in particular codeine phosphate containing syrups!!!

I heard some people use cough syrup instead of drugs , since the former is much cheaper . so , i am assuming it could have some addictive qualities (not that addictive . maybe as addictive as caffeine ) .
maybe you should consult a doctor . the sooner the better .
