Help with thumping in my head?
i have this thumping sound on the left side of my head and it happens sometimes when im leaning over or hunched over. What is causing this its getting annoying ive looked it up on the internet and found nothing except a possible lesion but i dont think its a lesion

The most likely cause for this is pressure in your middle ear/ Eustachian tube/ or sinuses. The most likely causes of those things are issues like allergies, ear infection, sinus infection. try taking some benadryl and if it doesn’t ease up after a couple of days then you might want to see a doctor in case you have an infection of some kind. A lesion or a tumor is a much less likely answer, though not impossible (but reeeeeeealllly rare)
