Tips on putting in contacts
i cant put the leneses in,
i blink too much and im too nervous,
can anyone help?

Dont worry, its completley normal!! It will take u a while to get used to it.. (took me a week) All u have to do is (start with ur right hand) put the contact on the tip of ur right pointer finger, get ur left hand and pull ur right eyes eyelashes up, and with ur right hand middle finger, pull ur eyelid down and just kind of push ur contact into ur eye…. ( I recomend doing this in front of a mirror!! lol)
It will take LOTS AND LOTS of practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont get discouraged if u dont get it the first couple of times!!
