Am I short for 17 years old?

Hie guys..I am a 17 year old girl and got my puberty at the age of 15…

I am 5 feet 3 inches tall…so am I like really short.??.I am Indian(Asian) by ethnicity and all my American friends are taller to me.

Will I grow another inch taller and I turn 18 this may so umm…is there any workout pattern I could do to grow taller or any food that I could eat??! Thanks! =)
