do you have a lymph node next to your ear that swells up when your sick? i have a bump next to my ear that hurts and it wasn’t there before and i have been sick for about a week and a half.

YES! THis happens to me when I have a cold for a long time. IT swells because too much liquid is filling into it, and it cannot drain it as fast as it is coming in. DOes it feel almond shaped? is it right beneath your earlobe? You are fine. IT is normal. Yes, its scary (i thought i had cancer when i first noticed it). But you will be fine. if its still there in a month, contact your doctor, and he can perscribe you something which will help it drain faster.
