Well I have a really bad cold and im going to fiji on sunday in the early mronign so i need to be ebtter by then i took today off shcool to rest but what can i do to make myself better? Thankies xx

There is nothing you can take to cure a cold. It will run its course naturally. The best you can do is manage the symptoms and over the counter medicines from a pharmacy are the most effective. Get plenty of rest and keep your fluids up. Vitamin C will do nothing at all for you.
