I’ve been taking a medicine for some time now, I read the ingredients, should I be concerned by?

it having the following?

E464, E172, E218, E216, E401, E211, E500, E200, E171, E1505, E904, E322, E171

E464 ~ Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose ~ no known adverse reactions
E172 ~ Iron Oxide ~ Possible adverse reactions ~ Possible kidney damage, suspected neurotoxin, blindness in dog studies.
E218 ~ Methylparaben or methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate ~ Possible allergic reactions – skin and mouth
E216 ~ Propylparaben or propyl-p-hydroxy-benzoate ~ Possible adverse reactions ~ Asthmatics shoudl avoid, contact dermatitis, eczema, mouth numbing are possible adverse reactions.
E401 ~ Sodium Alginate ~ No known adverse reactions
E211 ~ Sodium Benzoate ~ Possible adverse reactions are hyperactivity, asthmatics should avoid, nettle rash, behavioural problems …….. I would personally google the adverse side effects of this one if i were you…… i seem to remember that it disrupts cell DNA
E500 ~ Sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate ~ regarded as safe in small amounts – some sources list as ossible teratogen in large doses.
E200 ~ Sorbic acid ~ Possible adverse reactions ~ Skin irritant, behavioural problems, asthmatics should avoid.
E171 ~ Titanium Dioxide ~ No known adverse reactions.
E1505 ~ Triethyl citrate ~ No known adverse reactions.
E904 ~ Shellac ~ Rare skin allergy in sensitive people.
E322 ~ Lecithin ~ No known adverse reactions
