What can I give my daughter to help her sleep?

She is 14 and has been having a hard time getting to sleep. I have Melatonin but it says not to give to anyone under 16 so I am a little uneasy about giving it to her. She drank a glass of milk last night and she said it helped a little. Any ideas?

Seriously, look into valerian root capsules. They are all natural, very easy on the stomach, ok for kids and promote a restful night’s sleep without any groggyness or druggy after effects.

Good luck I know insomnia it is terrible.

I think I will try Valerian root. Just happens that my husband and I are into herbs. Thanks!
