I usually take only one 40mg vyvanse pill per day for my ADHD but what would happen if I take two?

Don’t take more than the recommended dose. Given that it is also given at 70mg doses, nothing terrible would happen, but if it works at 40mgs for you, it’d be a waste.
Also, be sure to ask homeopaths for the molecular mechanism of the action and the targets of their “drugs.” It’s always a good laugh.
