Can i drop 2 jean sizes by saturday?

so i have all week, startting tomorrow- monday. to go from a size 5 to a 3
is that possible?
if i dont eat a lot..
like coffee in the morning. green tea throughout the day, turkey, carrots, oranges, apples. and drink a lot of water.
and cardio for 30 minutes everyday
will it look like fat loss? or will the scale JUST show loss from water weight?
and how many pounds? im hoping 5
real answers please! not the “its unhealthy” ones. and i know itll come right back if i go back into eating the wrong way.
i have this planned out..

You hit the nail right on the head – it will be water weight and lean muscle mass.
And really, if you are a size 5 why would you want to.
Learn to love yourself for who you are – if you were overweight I would be giving you different advise.

Also do yourself a favor and don’t get caught up in the yo-yo diet trap which can make you fat in the long run.

Repeat after me – “even though I am a size 5 and I want to be a size 3, I love and accept myself anyway”.
Say that mantra several times a day and best of luck.

but why accept something when you can change it?
im just going to have like 4/5 snacks a day and work out and probably lose like 2 or 3 pounds hopefully
