You need a minimum of 1200 calories to keep your body functioning. Make sure you are getting protein in there, at least 90 grams per day. Keep yourself hydrated with 64 ounces of fluids, but don’t drink them with your meals. Try to stop drinking fluids 45 minutes before you eat and 1 hour after.

Skip the over the counter weight loss stuff and colon cleanses. Some of those cleanses can be dangerous if you don’t use them correctly.
