Watch what you eat (before it goes into your mouth) and start working out 3-4 days a week. That is the only way you can truly lose weight and keep it off diets don’t work!!!! Eat healthy meals that satisfy you and give you the nutrients you need and then work-out, run, jog, walk or do a combo of all three. Eating healthy and working-out is the only way to lose weight and keep it off, again DIETS DONT WORK (you may lose weight at first but after you go off of it your body will then start to save up fat in case of a food shortage again i.e the diet you went on and you will end up gaining back every thing plus about 5 lbs)

You will be growing taller and will slim out if you stop gaining. Eat good healthy foods, cut back on candy and chips and eliminate soda altogether. talk to your mom, she can help by keeping fresh fruit available and cutting back on the buying of junk foods. Don’t be desperate, you have youth on your side!
