I need help loosing weight and becoming healthier?
I’m 15, 5’1″ and somewhere between 103-113lbs. I run track 5 days a week (i’m a sprinter, and horseback ride for at least an hour 2 days a week). Soon I will be playing soccer for 2 hours 3 days a week.
I have a problem though and it’s really annoying. Whenever I come home from like school or track or riding, all I want to do is eat. Even when I get full. I don’t know why! But I feel like it’s making me fat. I’ve been told I’m hot and “skinny, but with a coke bottle frame”. So I know I’m not overweight, but I’m just not happy with the way I look. I’m not really sure what I weigh since lots of scales tell me different things. I feel like I have gained a bit though, probably from eating more lately. I don’t wanna be stick thin, just healthy and fit looking.
Is this a good way?
Breakfast: banana, yogurt, and cup of coffee or bowl of Special K and coffee
Lunch: Luna bar (basically an energy bar)
Snack: rice cake sandwich with PB in the middle
Dinner: something healthy?
Obviously that won’t be my diet everyday, it will fluctuate. But the amounts of food will hopefully stay the same. In addition to my workout above I will walk on the treadmill for 30mins 2-3 days a week, and on my off days from track practice (or days I feel we didn’t do much) I have a little workout planned.
The only problem I have is that I’m worried I won’t stick to this plan. The over-eating is such a problem for me. I’m just so frustrated. It’s like I just can’t stop eating! I’m hardly ever hungry anymore, except when I’m at school. It might be because I’m self-conscious or bored? I don’t know..
Is this a good plan?

Eat tons of Vegetables of all colours because they are low in calories and high in good stuff.
Eat eggs, protein in moderation (a small part of your plate)
Eat wholemeal pasta, bread (small amounts) depending on your exercise regime, you will burn this off as energy. If you do not exercise much, this will be stored as fat.
Eat smaller portions and you know you have to cut out high fat food.
Common sense if you want a good healthy life.
