If i eat like this will i loose weight?

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Nutrition:
Half apple with water
Lunch:
Salad with chicken & water
Snack:
Half apple with water
Dinner:
Frozen banquets under 400 cals or
Chicken with veggies or
Steak with salad or
Soups with some crackers or
Sandwich

Excercise:
1 hour a day
50 squats
30 situps
….i am 16 yrs old weigh 173 and i am 5’3 tall if u can please help me i would really appreciate it..

..this year i cut out on all sodas and juices i only drink water (: it was my resolution & so far im doing good

For breakfast I would add some sorta of protein source, like milk, cheese or eggs.

Eat a whole apple in your snacks, it’s a better.

Lunch is the best time for carbs. Add some rice, potatoes, full-grain pasta or bread.

I like your dinner :)

Please don’t put water as part of your diet. You are suppose to drink a lot of water during the day so don’t restrict yourself.

Diet wise, it looks good. But no matter how healthy it is it doesn’t matter if you are still putting in too much calories than you burn.

As for your workout. I see you are focusing on your abs and legs. Don’t.

If you are trying to tone those places (or any other place) you have to get rid of the fat in those areas (burn the fat). Cardio is the only way. 30-45 min would work with anyone.

Squats and situps (and any muscle workout) only work the muscles under the fat. They don’t burn the fat around it. This is the most common mistakes everyone falls for.

Now, all you are missing is one thing. Cardio does burn the fat. But it also burns muscles. If you burn more muscles than the fat covering it, you will make it look fatter.

To stop this from happing you have to add the missing ‘thing’. Weight workouts. They grantee that you don’t lose any muscles and only lose body fat. And don’t worry about bulking. If you are on a diet then you are not eating enough for the muscles to grow, so don’t worry.

You either go to a gym and do a full body workout (in the range of a week), or – I’m guessing you can’t go to a gym – you can do some body weight workouts at home:
