My cheek hurts alot.

im almost 17 yrs old. i have 28 teeth … i dont seem to have wisdom teeth yet but at last tooth area my gum and cheek hurts really badly! its very red as well. could it be an infection? what can i do to get rid of this pain?

You could be getting wisdom teeth. For temporary relief try this. Hydrogen peroxide (which you can get at a drug store) is known to kill bacteria and reduce toothache. It helps clean and disinfect the aching tooth and infected area near the tooth. Rinse your mouth out with hydrogen peroxide and let the peroxide sit for about a minute where the infected area is than spit the peroxide out and repeat than rinse your mouth out with water, rise with peroxide a few times a day until you notice relief. As much as you might not want to you need to make an appointment with a dentist to be sure something more serious isn’t going on.
