2) Once again, you don’t really have to conform to the adult guidelines as much as a teenager. The key here is to make sure that you stay active. This will keep your metabolism up and cause you to use more of the food you eat actively, instead of your body storing it.
3) You cannot go wrong with vegetables of any variety. Even Weight Watchers allows the people on their program to eat as many servings of vegetables as they want per day. Munching on carrots, broccoli, or celery is healthy, provides good energy, and will keep you full for quite a while. Fruit is usually pretty good too, but has a higher natural sugar content and so you should be wary of eating too much without keeping pretty active.
What a lot of people don’t realize is that eating well is as simple as saying to yourself something along the lines of “what did they have to do to this food before it reaches my mouth?”. On the general average, the more they had to do to it the worse it is for your body.
