Hi, i’m 16 i weigh 188 and need help losing weight i need to lose about 40 pounds

hi blue..pretty name….i go to bally’s total fitness….eat a lot of dark green veggies…your water intake is very important…excercise lightly….eat baked chicken, fish, eat tuna….hope this helps….good luck…..remember…no sugar….not even fruits.
