What should i eat throughout the day?
i know that in order to be healthy and LOOSE WEIGHT(my MAIN goal]! you are suppose to eat 6-8 times a day but i have no idea what to eat.. =( of course i know breakfast lunch and dinner but i still have 3-5 times left what should i eat? help me pliz =]

Whole grain toast, jam, or high fiber granola bar, piece of fruit, glass of milk or OJ.
Lunch, whole grain bread with low fat turkey, pb&j, whole grain bread, salad, low fat dressing, piece of fruit,
Snack – nuts, piece of fruit or veggies and dip
normal dinner, smaller portions.
snack – low fat popcorn,
diet soda, water, watered down fruit juice.
And if you eat a candy bar, visit mcdonalds, eat a 1/2 bag of chips, that’s fine but every other day.
AND EXERCISE!!!!!!!!
