Which exercise DVD do you think is best out of the following:
1) Jillian Michael’s Shape Up Front / Back
2) Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga
3) Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout
4) Biggest Loser Cardio Max
5) Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred
I am just getting back into exercising so I don’t want anything that is going to kill me right off the bat … however, I don’t want anything too laid back either. I want something that is going to be good for someone getting back into the swing of things but will get results.
ANY SUGGESTIONS? Thanks in advance!
(***Before anyone suggests going to the gym, etc… that’s not an option for me. I’m a full-time mom of a 2 and 4 year old, am going to school, and I have a husband that is deployed so, my schedule is a little too full for a gym membership, etc. Working out at home is pretty much my only option right now.***)
