no you can leave your briefs on let the therapist know your nervous, youll be covered with a sheet usually for the part your worried about the sheet is bunched up so it wont be noticeable and trust me once you start relaxing and enjoying the massage, it will go away if it even happens i dont think its happened to me before, were taught to handel it maturely
