Painful Leg Cramps at night?
Once in a while, I get these awful leg cramps in my calves, but it only happens at night. They are extremely painful. It only lasts for about 30 seconds, but I continue to feel the pain for hours after it. Can anyone tell me why I get these terrible leg cramps or what causes them?

Its because you dont have enough potassium in your body. You need either vitamins or more bananas!! Also, when it happens again, you HAVE to stand on your leg. Its going to hurt, but it goes away alot faster if you just stand on the leg thats cramping. Hope this helps!!:)
