How to relieve period pain?
Anyone know of ways to relieve period pain?
that is aside from obvious painkillers

Well…painkillers work for me. But it is healthier to try and avoid drugs. I hear bananas can help? Otherwise just get comfy and let it pass. Also, i find that going for a wee regularly can help(weird but hey).
