Allergic reaction? his face is puffy red and pink dots on belly?
idk what caused it but is there like a universal way to calm the symptoms
I think it was his clothing

Give him some benadryll or something with antihistamine in it. Try to figure out what caused the allergic reaction. Wipe his face with a ice-cold cloth to help any itching/swelling. Keep watch on him, hopefully he’s at the reaction’s worst point. If his condition worsens, call a doctor. A very hoarse or whispered voice, or coarse sounds when he is breathing air in is a serious concern.
