Help breathing during allergy season?

Ok, so I have TERRIBLE allergies. I am allergic to dogs (i have two, and nothing could keep me away from my pups or any dogs for that matter), cockroaches (which we just moved and our new house did have some, been sprayed for and problem is fixed), and farm mold. Over the past night, I haven’t slept but 3 hours- and that was only because I had my nose plugged with kleenex. I can’t breathe to sleep, and the allergy meds are doing nothing. I just took benadryl, but does anyone know any way to help my breathing better that i can do right now- nothing that cost too much money. Please help! I just want to breathe again! (to top it off I also feel terrible in general, my eyes are tearing so bad that I cry for no reason, I’m so congested, ect)

I love cats and am very allergic to them. What worked best for me was a nasal spray the doctor gave me. On my insurance plan it’s only 15 dollars a month because I get the generic. I was already on allergy pills at the time and they just weren’t helping enough. A neti pot can also help just to clear out some of the mucus. Even with my meds I still can’t touch my eyes after touching cats, though.
