How can I relieve this sinus pressure

Eucalyptus and Tea Tree oil don’t work.
Steam doesn’t work.
Spicy foods don’t work.

Nothing I’ve ever read online has helped me, and this pressure is debilitating.
Is there anything else you may know of to help?
