Could these be symptoms of a brain tumour?

for the past 8 days I have been feeling faint, and dizzy with a really bad headache, like the back of my head is throbbing, I feel drowsy, I have been having terrible blurred vision and I have been having a ringing in my ears. I’ve been feeling very weak and like day to day things are seeming hard for me to do because I feel so week. my whole body feels dead. and my arms and left side of my face and jaw aches very much.

could this be serious……………………………… i’m scared.

I have no history of anyone having this in my family and i’m 17 years old. i’m panicking i’m so scared i’m gonna faint.
