Overweight/obese people have higher risk of getting cancer
If they say overweight/obese people have higher risk of getting cancer, then how come?
a lot of normal to skinny people are diagnosed? In fact, I hardly see overweight and obese people being diagnosed with cancer.
Why is that?
I disagree, they were never fat in the 1st place..

Because most cancers cases are still completly random.
Diet is one of the contributing factors to some forms of cancers, so obese people may have slightly higher cancer rates–but skinny people get cancer all the time.

yeah I heard it’s primarily because of poor diet that people get cancer, so it isn’t only the obese people who get.
